Stephen Ricketts

Mr. Stephen Ricketts is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty-five years’ professional experience. He
is the current Chief Financial Officer and Acting Chief Operating Officer at NCB Capital Markets Limited.
Mr. Ricketts is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of
Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (ICAJ). He holds an MBA from the Manchester Business School, a
Bachelor of Science in Management Studies and Accounting from the University of the West Indies and
an Associate Degree in Small Business Management from Northcentral Technical College in Wisconsin,
USA.
He has extensive knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and is experienced in
Financial Reporting, Planning and Forecasting, Managing Statutory Audits, Internal Control Review and
Strategic Financial Analyses. Throughout his career, he has been keen on using his financial and strategic
insights to build enterprise value and develop people.
